Zumba Fitness

Zumba® combines fitness with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms (as well as hits from the likes of Bruno Mars and Little Mix and some old favourites too!) that provides a fun and effective workout.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning® keeps Zumba's essence while focusing on strength training the arms, abs and thighs with the help of lightweight, maraca style toning sticks.

Zumba Gold (Seated)

Zumba Gold® (seated) looking for a low impact fitness class?  This class really keeps you Movin' with a range of dance styles from cha cha cha to Salsa and using weights and incorporating a Pilates cool down too, this class really has it all.

 

‘I can’t recommend the Seated Zumba Gold highly enough for those

that need a low impact session. Not only do you get a full body workout -

you’ll be surprised just how many muscles you use -

it’s also great fun dancing with Sarah. A definite highlight of my week!’

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a challenging yet safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility.

​

Building core strength and flexibility at the Fitness Pilates classes.

Sarah is a warm, and smiley instructor who calmly keeps us all on task.

With a strong range of classes and lots of membership options,

I highly recommend joining us!’

CORE Strength

These are steady yet strong intervals  - focusing on the glutes and abs. All fitness levels welcome! Check out a sample video in 'Spotlight'

Fusion

15 minutes of steady interval training with weights followed by 30 minutes of Fitness Pilates. Get ready to feel stronger and toned in this multi-ability session. Work at your level and feel great!

The exercises in FUSION can be performed with or without weights*

​

*recommended weight 2kg but always the option to go heavier or no weights at all if you prefer.

'CIRCL'â„¢

Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help you move better, longer. Set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.

'I really liked the CIRCL Mobility class because it's somewhere between Yoga and Pilates and I could feel my body had ‘opened up’.
